As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cosmetic Vehicle Repair Technician to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined, organized, and efficient individual to join our cosmetic vehicle repair team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A military background is a plus, as is experience in vehicle repair, but we are willing to train the right individual. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the discipline to maintain a structured environment and has a passion for cars and working with their hands to deliver outstanding results.

 

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, scratch repair, bumper restoration, and other non-mechanical fixes.

  • Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

  • Maintain organization in the workspace, ensuring your vehicle, tools and equipment are kept in proper condition and readily available.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress, expected outcomes, billing and timelines.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure the highest level of safety and quality control.

  • Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all times.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in automotive repair a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

  • Team player who can collaborate well in a group setting.

  • Military background is a plus.

  • Previous experience in cosmetic vehicle repair is a plus but not required—willing to train the right individual.
